Half Marathon

On Sunday Helen and two friends (Lizet & Dawn) ran in the Black Dog Half Marathon (13miles). The course starts from Bungay and sets off to Beccles then back to Bungay. Conditions were tough with gusty winds, hills and some rain showers.

Helen's Running mix totals 69 tracks and top running anthems include: Kylie, Survivor, Killers, Little Angels, Europe, Pet Shop Boys and Top Gun Anthem!

Lizet finishing in 1hour 57mins! Helen at 2hours 9mins.

Jo & Angus Wedding

Saturday was the wedding of Jo Larwood & Angus Robertson (At long last!)

With a team of professionals around them,

it was a smooth running and fun day!
