Half Marathon
On Sunday Helen and two friends (Lizet & Dawn) ran in the Black Dog Half Marathon (13miles). The course starts from Bungay and sets off to Beccles then back to Bungay. Conditions were tough with gusty winds, hills and some rain showers.

Lizet finishing in 1hour 57mins! Helen at 2hours 9mins.

Glad you said buckets Paul. I had better be there to hand out the tissues and hold the bucket! It was a great achievement and they are my inspiration to keep pounding the streets of Hellesdon. Well done.
