The Lavender House

Saturday night we had a meal at The Lavender House, Brundall for Helen's Mums Birthday. It was food at its finest, all 8 courses!
1st - A selection of appetisers.

2nd - Pre-starter


3rd - Starter, Roasted Vegetable Tempura

4th - Pre-main, Apple Calvados
5th - Main, Herb Crusted Roasted Rack of English Lamb,A Little Shepherd's Pie topped with Goats Cheese Mash, Roasted Provencal Vegetables!
6th - Pre-dessert, Lavender Brulee
7th - Dessert, Theme of Pineapple
8th - Coffee and Home-made Chocolates

Wow - we have been waiting to go there for ages - food looks great. I particularly like the idea of a pre-desert, destert!

Eight courses!! Brillant. I have a feeling I would have gone for the lamb (your 5th course).

Having been there, it looks and IS absolutely delicious... I just love all of those pre-courses mmmm!! makes me feel hungry looking at all those pictures. It certainly is a place to go to... glad you all enjoyed it.
