10k at Sandringham
On Sunday 15th October Helen, Mum.C and Lizet took part in the 10k race for Cancer Research on Sandringham Estate.
It was Helen's mums second and longest race since starting running just 12 months ago. Not sure if I should share her age but it was a fantastic achevement at 1 hour 8mins on a tough course. Half marathon next...."Bungay"???!!!
