First officer Pablo....

Yesterday we had the opportunity to go up in one of Mike.C's friends plane! It is a Piper Cherokee 140.

Golf - Alpha - Victor - Wiskey - Alpha.....CLEAR PROP!

Control Panel!

We took off from Norwich International at about 11:00 after being waved off by some spotters by the runnway

on course for Lydd Airport which is on the coast down the south of Kent. Flight took around 1h20m. After a stop of for food and drink we returned home! Not bad going, getting lunch down south a being back for afternoon tea!

What I didnt realise was that I would be bringing us into land!!! It was great....all my skills of microsoft flight sim came into action! One difference is that you get a lot more turbulance with the real thing!

Pilot Pablo! Shipdom 02 approach

You had a great day for it. It's brilliant up there isn’t it and you see so much more from the smaller planes. I know all the theory behind it but it always used to make we wonder what holds the thing up?
