Physio....

Progress is going well with my leg, I have physio twice a week at the West Norwich. I have many exercises to do and here's where I do them...

Glad its all going well, what exactly do you do with the hoops and skittles??

With the Skittles - you stand on the cross (with injured leg) and have to touch the top of each cone, first with left hand then with right.

The hoops - you have to walk in them crossing legs to the next, then do it backwards!
